Can I export a Excel file into Word to make labels.

My sister is trying to import a Excel file into Word to make labels. I don't
know if this can be done. She says that when she is in Word and tries to
import the Excel file into Word to make labels, she can not see the data that
is in the Excel file. Is this possible?

Try using the "Mail Merge" option under Tools, and select your Excel
spreadsheet as the data source (step 2).
