Cannot close Microsoft Word 2007

Every time I try to close Word from Office 2007 on my Toshiba VISTA laptop,
it crashes. It wants to re-start Word. I have to hit the cancel button
twice to get it to finally shut down. Any ideas?

an incompatible third party add-in and on notebooks, Bluetooth device
drivers are prominent causes.

Hi,

Do you have a HP photosmart printer? If yes, just unselect the printer as
the default one and Word 2007 will dont crash again. But dont forget to
select manually the printer when you print something.
