Cannot Saved Word Files

I saved my Word documents in my hard drive, however when I
go back to retrieve them, an "File Not Available" is
prompted. Also, I am constantly prompted to replace
the "Normal Template." Any help would be appreciated.

Disable the Office Plugin that comes with Symantec/Norton AntiVirus. See
