Change User Information for Office/Outlook

When you launch some Office applications for the first
time, the user is prompted to enter their name and initial
(s). Once the user has entered this information, can it
be modified (I'm dealing with Outlook 2003)?

Open Word 2003 and change the Username under tools->options->user
information.
