Customized report

Hi,
I wanted to generate a custmized report with the following columns in order.
Tasks start date Finish date Predecessor task start date
Finish date.

Pls advice.

With a general report I can get the tasks with start & finish date but I
also wanted the corresponding predecessor task with its start & finish dates
in the same row.

Project can't do that out of the box. You either need to export to Excel
then use lookups etc to create what you want or use VBA to create the report
in Excel. How would you handle a task with 2,3 or more predecessors?
