Document, issues and risks with Project Server account

It's truth that only those user accounts using Windows user account
authentication can access Risks, Issues, and Documents in PWA?

Dale,

We have two 'instances' of PWA for two different departments. In one system
when you (Assign To) assign a risk or an issue, the entire resource pool is
shown in the drop-down menu; in the other only the resources assigned to the
project show up.

Where is the setting to make all of the resources appear in the drop-down
menu?

I couldn't even begin to diagnose your problems from a distance, but the
source of the issue would probably be from differences in permissions for
users and Groups in PWA between the two instances. It sounds like the
permissions for Groups and/or Categories have been altered on one or both
instances. On the instance where you see everyone, you might want to check
the permissions for the Team Members group and see if someone added the My
Organization category to the Group and then gave permission to access Risks,
Issues, and Documents. The other way this might happen is if someone
changed the My Tasks category to include ALL projects. Just some thoughts.
