There used to be a way to click on an icon and be able to blend several
colors from the background of a picture together and use that new combination
to fade or smear out other objects in the picture. I have done it, but don't
remember what program it was in, it was in a MS program. Does anyone know
what program that is? Did MS change it?

Might be thinking Digital Imaging, it was bundled with an earlier version of
Publisher. John Inzer has more knowledge about this application.

The 60 day trial version of Digital Image 2006
is still available for download...maybe it would
be worth a try. It has a Clone Brush and a Blending
Brush.

discontinued but you can still
download the Starter Version
and run it for 60 days)
