email attachments

[frustrated]

After an update-last two months-having trouble receiving
some attachments and opening others. Did one of the
security settings get changed by an update? I have
looked in customization and options and have not found a
way to adjust the security level on attachments. Someone
sent me a driver that is in an exe file and I can't get
outlook to let me see and open the attachment.

program to beat MS idea of frustrating you.
