Formatting Letterhead question

A Letterhead has the name in all caps but the first capital letter in the
words of the name are slightly bigger than the rest. Can you do that with
Publisher 2007 and how?

Hi Mary...

After experimenting, I still prefer using two text
boxes...the spacing is bad when using only one.

Format > Font > Small Caps. Text written in lower case will appear in
small uppercase letters.
