For the past week, my laptop's Groove account has stalled on fully syncing
any files...it shows the downloaded file size as fully downloaded (i.e. -
100kb of 100kb) but it will not complete the download and release the file.
It doesn't matter if the file is coming from one of the other Groove accounts
in the workspace or it the file was revised on my own laptop and saved back
to Groove.
When I manually try to download the file, it will show that all the data was
downloaded, but the download symbol is still next to the file and when you
open it only the old data is there in the file.
Any suggestions on this? Is something corrupted and I reinstall Groove on
the laptop?
Not sure if this is related, but Groove has also starting using up a huge
amount of processor time (like 30% - 60% or more) for very long periods of
time (like days) until I either reboot or I have to fully shut down Groove to
stop it from sucking resources.
