We have recently installed Microsoft Groove 2007 and for the most part have
had few problems. However, for members in various workspaces they always
show as offline to some other members. Meaning, they are online, but show as
offline. This has caused problems as far as them accepting invitations for
other workspaces. We run use NOD32 and have accepted groove.exe and
groovemonitor.exe as acceptable exclusions. We can add new members to
workspaces through existing members others that can show the new member
online and have been getting around it that way, but would like to correct
the problem versus the way we are doing it now.
