Has your publisher froze?

I purchased and have been using Microsoft Office 2003 small business edition.
After using Publisher several times to create different documents it has now
frozen and will not allow me to work with new or saved documents. I have
tried repairing with no success.
Does anyone have any like experiences and how do you solve this?
