HELP!! OUTLOOK 2000 problem!

Please, if anybody can help me with this, I'd be so
grateful! I've had microsoft 2000 for ages, and suddenly
it froze on me and won't open anymore. How can I
reinstall outlook from microsoft or do anything else to
get the program on my computer again? I don't want to
have to do a complete reinstallation of windows.
can anyone help me find a way to reinstall outlook?

try removing outcmd.dat and open outlook again. Outlook will recreate this
file. This file holds the toolbar info of outlook and sometime causes
outlook not to be able to open.
