Hey MVP's

R

Rudiger Hassauer

I am expecting you to have the broadest knowledge and know more than just
how to format a text, so tell me: Is there any Office XP version out here
that can not be updated? If yes, how can I see if I have it and what can I
do (or must I do)?

No matter what update there is to find for any of the applications, the
officeupdate tells me that my Office "needs no update". Hard to believe, so
I just download the SP1 and get "The expected version of the product was not
found on your system". I had asked about that before and my version is
10.2605.2605 and that is Office XP, right?

Your chance to shine!

I hope that is just an option and not the final answer....

If I have something like a trial version, shouldn't I be able to see that
somewhere, despite that it may be hacked?

Thanks

You have answered your own question. Pirated version users are on their own
unless you can find an MVP for pirated software or an MVP for wiseguys...

which is ok, but can we first verify somewhere that I am running a pirat
copy before we take that for granted?
Maybe it has other reasons??
