Hiding tasks within Project 2003

I want to add internal tasks to a plan, but I'd like to hide and protect
these from when I send it to a client. The client would have fully access to
the mpp.
Is there a way to hide these tasks and then password protect them.
I know that views can hide them, but how can I then restrict those views?

Is there a method of flagging the fields (using a user defined field) and
then adding a rule in to only view based on password or user?

There is no good way of doing this. Why not keep them in a separate project
file?
