I am no Word expert, especially when it comes to the graphics part of Word.
Someone else created a Word document, describing the software configuration
of our company. However, he got some of the items wrong, and I've been
asked to correct them. When I open up the document, I see several
rectangular areas, some as containing blocks and some as smaller blocks with
text in them. (I think the smaller ones with text in them are textboxes.)
And the smaller rectangles has links from one to another.
Well, the first thing I tried to do was to select one of the container boxes
and make it bigger (so that I could put in another text box with text in
it). However, when I did the whole stupid thing was selected - all of the
graphics! I've no idea why, and I don't know how to undo this.
How do I undo this association of all of the graphics with each other so
that I can put new things into it? Or is that not possible?
