how do i merge my laptop outlook 2003 with my home computer?

I have outlook 2003 on my laptop and my home pc. Is it possible to merge the
two together because my laptop has all my appointments and contacts that my
home pc doesn't have. I just don't want to have to manually add them all.

You just want to copy the calendar and contacts? Export those two folders to
a pst and import on the other computer.
