How to adjust the slide show speed in Office Picture Manager?

Would like to adjust the speed with which my pictures are displayed when
using the "View as a slide show" option under Picture Tasks.

You can install the free Tweak UI program. Once installed, go to
Start > Programs > PowerToys > TweakUI > Explorer > Slide Show
and adjust the "Time per picture (ms)" setting.
