How to configure Microsoft word so that only the computer administrator can
use it and not the users with the limited account?

Find your winword.exe file in the Office folder under program files - right
click and on the properties box, select Security. You can figure out the
rest from there.

There is no security tab once I click on propertise box.
Also "Notify me of replies" does not seem to me working.
