How to manage 2 email accounts on Outlook?

Hi,

If I have 2 email accounts that work with Outlook 2000, what's the best way to
manage them on the same computer?

Can I toggle between the 2 accounts under Outlook 2000? or

Can I set up 2 different desktop icons for Outlook 2000, and set them up that
way? (meaning that if I click on the Outlook 2000 icon # 1, emails for the
first account opens up, and if I click on the Outlook 2000 icon # 2, emails for
the second account opens up).
