How to open files from Publisher 2000 in Publisher 2003

My new computer has MS Office 2003 installed. My previous computer had
Office 2000. When I try to open some (not all) of my transferred publisher
files it won't allow me to. Can someone please help me with this rather
frustrating situation.

If you have Norton, disable "script blocking", in Norton options, disable "Office
Plug-ins" as well.

Thank you Mary, appreciate your advice. I didn't actually have any
anti-virus software installed at the time. Have since added AVG Grisoft.
I'd completely forgotten to do it on my new computer. How dumb is that!!

Sometimes when we get involved with something new, we forget about the
basics. These things happen. :)
