How to set start and end time of a Project task?

Is it possible to set a start time for a TASK in MS Project 2003 please?
I need to schedule several dependent short tasks on the same day, by several
people, and it would help if I could schedule a start time for the first one
and have Project calculate eash tasks start time through dependency and
duration.

Hi Adrian,

The answer is yes, feel free to do it
Enter 18/10/05 13:50 for instance.
If yiu want to see time of day for all atasks
Tools, Options, View, Date Format, select one that includes time of day.
That answers the content of your post.
OTOH your title also asks how to set finish time.
My reply is I wouldn't do that.
Project does not always react the way people expect it to.
Finish equals start plus diuration, let's keep it that way.

Many thanks indeed, Jan. Although the time isn't maintained / displayed in
the task, it appears in reports and is added to dependent tasks with
approporiately calculated started times from durations.
