I need to make changes to publisher file I created, how?

I created a file yesterday and saved it. I went to open it today and make
some changes, it won't let me. What am i doing wrong?

maybe the file is set to Read Only, browse to the file with Window Explorer and right click on the file...if it's set to Read Only uncheck that box.
