Images in tables

Genevieve

Is it possible to place an image in a table (column A) and make it so that it
does not resize if the text in column B causes the row to get bigger?
Ideally, I would like the image to stay its original size and stay aligned at
the top regardless of how much the row expands. Please help!

Generally, no.

In PPT 2003, you can fill the table cell with a aspect locked image, which
will keep it from distorting, but will crop the image if the column size
changes.

You can not insert an image frame into a cell as you can in Word and Excel.
You can insert a Word or Excel table into your presentation, however, so
that may be a work-around for you.

So, let us know what you are doing and what version you are doing it in.
We'll make suggestions from there.
