I've refomatted and it won't let me re-activate after reinstallat

I've had a new disk drive installed on my laptop, and I've reinstalled Office
XP...but after starting it and following the instructions to *Activate* - it
says its already being used on another computer...yes...it was this one. It
then tells me to click some link - which never appears. Any ideas?
