Microsoft Office 2003 Installer Problem

Has Anyone Had any problem while opening office 2003 aplications, this is
what happens when I Open one of the office 2003 applications:

When I Open office aplication, word etc. ... the installer starts up as if
it is going to install something, does it's thing and then exists by itself,
does this routine every day the computer is turned on .. can anyone tell me
how to fix this so it will not do this routine
