Please note that OEM licenses cannot be transferred to another computer

You need to uninstall it from the first computer and then reinstall it on
the second computer. When it gets to the activation part on the second
computer, use the telephone activation option and explain the change to them
and they should help you reactivate it.

Hope that helps!

Kristyn - you didn't read the question properly did you?! ;o) It came *WITH*
the computer, therefore it's OEM and non-transferable.

As a MS representative the OP is likely to believe you rather than any of
us, so be careful what you say! ;o)

I would suggest that you take the hard drive from the old
computer and set it up as a secondary drive on the new
computer thereby upgrading your old hard drive considerably.

Instll office on teh upgraded machine and if it asks fro
activation use the telephone method and advise the operator
that you have upgraded the old machine and needed to re
install the software.

I appreciate your concern and understand where you are coming from.
However, it is important to note that we should not assume the product was
supplied by an OEM simply because it came pre-loaded on the computer - it is
generally a good indicator, but it is not always accurate.

Please feel free to contact me with any other question or concerns. Thanks!
