Outbox problem

I have attempted to send a 207mb file. It has locked up
my system and I cant receive mail.

I have reloaded outlook form office xp. Still have same
problem.

I have attempted to delete and I get a message to the
effect. "cant open file MAPI Spooler has started to send
message"

What do I do?
