Outlook 2002

Can you tell me why every few minutes my Microsoft
Outlook 2002 automatically opens? I may be in Mircosoft
Word or Excel working and I look up and all of the sudden
Outlook is now there and word is in the background. I'm
not sure if it is Outlook or another program telling it
to open. Anyone know where I may look to stop this from
happening?

This is a long shot, but do you by any chance have Speech Recognition
enabled and a microphone turned on?
