PLEASE HELP IM A NEWBIE IN COMPUTERS.

hello
i will like to know if someone can help me. i dont understand to much about
computers. i have publisher 2003 and i want to create a newsletter with some
landscaping information and photos to send to possible customers by email.
can someone tell me the steps i have to follow to create it and send it. i
use hotmail
how do i save it (in what program after i create it)?

You will not be able to use Publisher to send your email in the body of a
Hotmail email message. That only works if you are using Outlook or Outlook
Express. What you *can* do is to convert your Publisher newsletter to a .pdf
file and send that as an attachment.

when i finish the document can i save it in jepg? and send it by email
can you explain to me what is pdf?

..jpgs won't do you any good with a multipage newsletter.

..pdf files use Adobe's Portable Document Format. Almost every computer made
today (and for *many* years) has the Adobe Reader preinstalled by the
manufacturer. It's free and you don't have to worry about which operating
system someone is using - it comes in all "flavors". Many newsletter editors
use .pdf files as a way of getting their information out electronically
without requiring the reader to buy or download any other programs.
