powerpoint and emails

Hello
Can anyone help me. I've been getting emails with
attachments and are unable to look at them. My computer
says it has to locate where the file came from. Most of
them come from PowerPoint. a friend says I need Office
97 or an earlier edition. My computer came with Ability
Office. Is this a microsoft product?. Can anyone help
me load powerpoint with ability office or do I need
office 97 etc. I am computer illiterate. ha ha

if you only want to VIEW these files, and not CHANGE them, you can download
the free PowerPoint Viewer from Microsoft's Internet site. This article will
give you more information and a link to download it.
