Printing Error Message

I am trying to send a 23 page (one sided) to our color printer. When I ask
for it to be printed, I get the 'Microsoft Office Publisher has encountered a
problem and needs to close. We are sorry for the inconvenience.' I read the
'error report' and it was a bunch of jibberish.

The file is 5 KB and I usually dont have any problems submitting Publisher
files to the printer. Do I need my IT guy to fix some settings on my computer?

An updated printer driver?

I just checked with my IT guy and he isnt sure if I need an updated printer
driver. Its just weird. I normally dont have any problems sending Publisher
documents to our color printer. One of the gals in our Marketing Dept. was
able to open the file with no problems whatsoever.

Could it be something else?

Might try this article. Did your IT guy check with the manufacture to see if
there is a newer driver? Is the publication on your local hard drive?
