Printing to PDF Printer - background color disappears

With no errors appearing when printing to a PDF Printer
(paperport), after saving the file and when viewing the
PDF in Acrobat Reader the background colors (3) and
border disappear. Does anyone know how to fix this?

This will be an issue with your PDF program, and not Publisher.

Publisher in no way controls that issue you are having.

I would suggest for a start, you have an incorrect paper size issue there.
