Problem with resource percentages %

Hi

I'm trying to say a tasks is resourced like this
"PMO[63.5%];Other[25%];PM[12.5%]"

but it's telling me "this is not a valid units value"

if i take the decimals out it works, yet on the error message it actually
says I can have up to 2 decimal places...

What am I doing wrong?

I meant 62.5 not 63.5
