Problem with user

Hi,
I've problem with one user. First this user was unchecked and no one could
check in this user, next it was deactiveted. Now I can't do anything with
this user, I can't activeted it and so on. I can't see any errors in system's
log and server log. My all users are synchronizing with AD
Any ideas ?

hi,
Try to synchronize accounts with AD manually, while doing that check
the "Automatically reactivate currently inactive users if found in AD during
synchronize " check box. So the user will be activated.

To check In the resources, login to administrator acount and select Serve
Settings from the left side menu. Select force check in Enterprise objects
which is under Database Aministratiion. And select enterprise resources from
the dropdown. Select the resource to check in and click check in.

I've tryed this, but nothig change. When I'm highlingting this user and I'm
trying to edit it I'm getting an "unknown error", but system and project logs
are clear.
