Problems in Outlook 2003

Ever since installing the full release of Outlook 2003, I
have had nothing but problems.
Every time I start Outlook, it blows up and asks me if I
want to send the report to MS. Somtimes it will take me
doing this 3 or 4 times before Outlook will run
successfully.
Is there anything taht anybody knows that will help?
I have done the detect & repair, no help.
I have reinstalled the apps, no help.

I am really frustrated.

1) delete or rename outcmd.dat
2) make a new profile if that still fails
