Project Summary Task able to Sum BCWS

The plan is apparently calculating BCWS satisfactorily on "productive tasks",
( using Physical % Complete as the EV method for all tasks, and with the
progress input via Actual Work and Physical % Complete as independent
measures. The plan is baselined, status-dated and the baseline Start Date
has been exceeded ).
The immediate summary tasks to the "productive tasks" correctly sum the BCWS
values below.
Howewer, the higher level summary tasks - including the Project Summary Task
- fail to sum BCWS at all ( and show £0.00 ). All other EV fields sum
correctly in the Summary Tasks. F9 Calculate Now makes no improvement.

Any ideas how I can get it to sum up ?

We had a similar problem which was solved when we made sure the EV method for
every task was the same.

Also, if you added some new tasks and did an incremental baseline of only
the selected tasks, did you also check the box to allow these values to roll
up?

Found that EV method was already set consistently to "Physical % Complete",
and we hadn't been incrementing the baselines. Also now finding on other
plans that the Physical % Complete is not totaling in the top Summary Tasks
either ( though there's no coincidence between the 2 problems ). Are these
likely to be bugs rather than config.
