Prompting for a password

I work with 7 colleagues. We all have Groove 2007 and all have XP (except me
who has Vista). One person can no longer view the Grove workspaces. It
prompts her for a password. It never did before. When you try to open Groove
from the program file, it prompts for a password. She never had one. What do
we need to do to get her to view two workspaces that we all use? I recently
invited her to a new workspace and she cannot accept the invitation because
of this password. None of the passwords she regularly uses works.

May I add that this person never created a password. None of us did, and none
of us are asked for a password if for some reason, (like a new computer) we
have to re-invite a colleague. The person getting the prompt has not gotten a
new computer. Just one day, it started asking for a password. So she started
trying ones she uses normally for network access, etc. but those did not
work, because nothing is stored - there is nothing to recover!

One other thing. We don't really have any data per se. We use Groove
primarily to share a staff calendar. When one of our computers goes out or if
we get a new one, we get the person who created it, the manager, to reinvite
us and the calendar is in there. So in looking at the password sheets and
restarting a new account, I don't need to save any data in a second computer
in all that.

Would it be easier to just reinstall?
