Does MS have any plans to release a Publisher viewer? Not
having one really makes life difficult.

You can purchase the Trial version of Publisher which will act as a Viewer
after the 30 day trial period is up.

You can most likely either leave that blank, or fill in the first line of
your address, or just use a random name.

I have a fictitious company name that I use whenever a Company field is
required.
