Publishing with FP and losing Server Extensions

I am publishing fairly simple website with one page that
has a form. This page encounters the error "The following
pages contain dynamic Frontpage components such as a search
form or a front page form handler. They will not work
because the server you are publishing to does not have
Frontpage Server Extensions installed". The ISP reinstalls
the extensions and the site works again. I have had to
call them each time that I publish the site. I must be
doing something wrong. I do not delete any files that
were on the server prior to me publishing the site the
first time. can anyone help. (e-mail address removed) is my
