put 'Insert Frame' icon in toolbar word 2000?

Please, how does one put a 'Insert Frame' icon in the toolbar for Word 2000?
I had it, used it constantly, lost it in a HD re-format.

Tools | Customize: Commands tab. Select Insert in the Category list and
Frame in the Commands list and drag it to the Insert menu. And count
yourself lucky: in Word 97 this command (which was removed from the Insert
menu in that version) was disguised as "Horizontal"!
