Greetings.
I have the Microsoft Office Access 2007 runtime installed on a Windows
2003 Server platform to run a vendor's application.
When I run the application as Administrator, everything runs as it
should.
When I run the application as a regular user (non-administrator, Power
User), I get the following (Microsoft Office Access) message box:
"Automatic configuration of the current version of Microsoft Office
Access has failed. Your database might not function correctly. This
can occur if you do not have the necessary permissions to install
Microsoft Office Access on this computer."
When I try to run the runtime directly, as a regular user (non-
administrator, Power User), I get the same message box message above.
I've communicated with the vendor and we're both pretty positive it's
not the application. It's something to do with Microsoft Access.
Any thoughts?
Thank you for your attention.
