Reg Calendar view

Hi All,

I have a mpp file with columns like Task, Task name , Duration, Start
date , Finish date Application etc.

Now when I change from the GNATT view to CALENDAR view I am only shown
the task description and the duration. I only want the selected columns
like Application to appear in the calendar view. Is there an option
that will give me a customized view.

Any help would be of great help.

Hi Sid,

I'm not sure what the "Application" information is that you see in the
Gantt chart view table. Is this text typed into a Text field?

You can change the information displaying in the bars in the Calendar
View under Format > Bar Styles. Select the bar (noncritical, critical,
etc.) In the Fields choice select the Text1 field -- or whatever field
you have entered the "Application" information in.
