regarding database connectivity

am working with frontpage database connection.
i could connect to database perfectly.

am using textboxes to collect the data from the
respondents.
the problem is that, i want to store the data collected in
two different forms in a single table that too in a single
row as one database entry.

please respond me ASAP.
