I guess I'm just wondering if this is the best way to continue...
I have 3 people allocated to a project, 2 can work 100% while another can
only dedicate 50% of his time. I have tasks that required only 1 person...
and adding another will not help. Other tasks will use 2 full time, while
other tasks can use all 3 of them.
I'm guessing I should have one resource, call it "Team" and give it 250%.
Then go through each task and assign the "Team" resource at 100% for a
one-man job, 200% for a two-man job, and 250% for a job that can utilize all
3 men. Then level the project.
Correct?
