Retrieving passwords

I have a user registration form in Front Page where my
users can register, (thats fine) but if they loose their
password, how can I set up a HTML code in front page to
retrieve user ID and Passwords ?

No possible if you are using self registration
Have them re-register to set up a new account and password

Hi:

Would you mind to share how did you make the user registration worked?

I've been trying for many days without any success.

Many thanks.

You must have a subweb, and the self registration page controlling it must be in the root web
- only work on Unix servers and If your host allows subwebs and unique permissions

Ok,
So it will not work on Windows-based server with FP server extensions, if I
understood you correctly, right?

That's what I was trying to confirm about the platform - Unix only.

And why would MS to develop a function for Unix and not for Windows-based
platform and included in the product targeted to Windows-based platform.

Because Unix servers handle permissions differently
