The National Internet CPA

OK, I'm just an online CPA in a VERY niche business and I literally get 90%
or more of my normal clients from my several websites. I have a downloadable
Wage Levy Package that my new clients print out and then they fill out my
Client Info Sheets by hand and fax them to me along with some other documents
I need to do my work. Everything is pdf and it gets the job done, but my
client files are now 1/2" to 1" 3-ring binders that can get VERY bulky and I
use a LOT of paper, but it's still a very workable system. I am interested in
converting this mandatory and completely necessary package of pdf forms into
an Online System that I can integrate with Word/Excel/Outlook/ProSeries Tax
Software (Turbo Tax on steroids)/QuickBooks/some kind of fax management
system/blah blah blah. Personally, I don't think I can go paperless and
still have instant/immediate access to ALL the client file info I need when
I'm on the phone with clients or IRS because I need to access info from all
these sources at once and printed copies, though bulky, seem to be the ONLY
way to provide complete and fast access to all the different info. Now to my
issue.............. Can someone convert several Word/Excel/IRS forms in this
Package that I use into an integrated group that I can post on my website or
deliver to the client via download or instant email that they can then fill
out on their computer and then transfer back to me via email or some other
method that will pull all that info from this one source and then print it
out on my workpapers so that it can eliminate or decrease repetition and
print out nicely and store in client files on my HD? Or should I just go with
a Client Management System and slowly get it the way I want? I just
absolutely need to get more organized and streamlined. I spend 3 to 4 hours a
day on the phone with IRS and clients and I need to stop the insanity.
Infopath sounds like it may do the trick along with Outlook to organize my
Clients and contacts. Sorry to blather on about this, but I've hit a wall and
need some serious professional and psychological help. if anyone is at all
interested in this, my main website is www.taxnegotiations.com and you can
download my Wage Levy Package and see the forms. Remember, I'm willing to pay
for a solution.
