Showing Completed tasks in Calendar view

One of the groups I am working with prefers to use the Calendar view for
viewing all their tasks. Therefore, I am wondering if there is a way to
visually show which tasks are completed on the Calendar view. I know you can
filter for the completed tasks, but i am looking for a graphical way to show
all tasks, but identify which ones are now complete (similar to the Gantt
Chart view).

Hi Kristi,

Welcome to this Microsoft Project newsgroup :)

You could add the % Complete field alongside the Name of the task within the
bar, but there's no way of colouring it within Project. However, it should
be possible through a Marked field to mark a task as 100% Complete using VBA
and then you can colour the marked bars. You could try asking on the
