SVG

Hi,

when inserting some SVG into Word 2003, Word seems to be busy and very slow.
When I look at the CPU process it is at 95%. I believe this only happens
with drop shadow and gradient settings in the SVG. I think it might have
something to do with the SVG Control constantly rendering. Is there a way I
can turn this off?

thanks in advance,

Hi Yong,

At present Word doesn't really have support for SVG
graphics.

Word can use the older VML method that enables graphics
to be rendered 'by description'

==========
Scalable Vector Graph. More info here http://www.w3.org/Graphics/SVG/

It's mainly use for IE explorer but I'm trying to use it in Word. Doesn't
seem to work very well in word though. >>
