How do you set up a task relationship where it starts at the completion of
one task and ends at the completion of another task.
Senario: Component A of Project A is ship (task 10) to vendor so they can
inspect and give us a quote on the repair (can take several weeks). I can
begin generating a report (task 14) on Project A after tasks 13 but cannot

How do I show a task (14) that starts at task 13 and finishes several weeks
later (assume) when task 10 is complete? I.E. task 14 (report) is dependent
on finish date of 13 and finish date of 10 (which will be weeks later after
13 is finished).
